Bill started working with his father at an early age in construction and enjoyed it so much that he decided to make it his career. He started as a plumbing contractor working for Toll Brothers for nine and a half years in central New Jersey doing all their Plumbing on multiple jobs and moved to Southwest Florida in 2001 and continued as a plumbing contractor for various Builders. In 2009 he opened up TEC Construction doing high-end residential new builds and remodels. During this time he felt the need to go more into the specialty of building custom climate-controlled glass wine rooms.

Martinn brings several years of experience in design and renovation work in both residential and commercial properties. He has been designing wine rooms since 2018, combining his love of wine and architecture. He listens carefully to what the client wants and interprets that into a set of drawings that will be executed into a finished product. This is a blending of aesthetics and taste to provide the showpiece for either a living environment or an entertainment venue. Careful consideration is given to bottle counts, styles, and sizes to obtain the desired storage capacity with maximum appeal.
